Location: Stockport Office
Hours: Part-time (15–20 hrs/week, evening/weekend flexibility preferred)
We’re seeking a proactive Customer Support Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for our merchants, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience at NeroPAY by supporting merchants and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and phone.

Clearly explain pricing structures and product features.

Log issues into the CRM and escalate when necessary.

Maintain friendly, professional communication with clients.

Collect and share customer feedback to improve our services.

Support the sales and onboarding process when needed.
